A Fresh Face

Do you ever have a night where you can't sleep so you lay there and find yourself 20 webpages from where you started trying to make purchases without your credit card?

I was scrolling through Instagram when I came across a video of this girl and her beautiful flawless skin when all of a sudden she started showing pictures of her face covered in acne. I'm thinking okay cool another ad for proactive right?! WRONG! It was this product called Curology. This is where I started my downward spiral and ended up a million pages away staring and scrolling through review after review of this product. What I learned was it is an online service that matches you with a dermatologist and through online conversations and images of your face they will create a prescription for your own acne medication. Pretty cool right? The best part is that your first bottle is free plus 5 dollars for shipping and handling. Not to shabby if you ask me. So I hit the sign up button and go to town snapping pictures of my face and filing in my profile. I get to my payment screen and realize my card is still in my car. (I know terrible idea leaving it there but no one is going to get far with my wallet.) So I close on out of everything and hit the sack.

Fast forward a few weeks and I remember the website and hop online and see if the offer is still valid. Indeed it is and this time I am prepared with my card. I plug in the information and boom we are all set to go now it's just a waiting game for the mail person to bring me my package! Guess what y'all that day was today. I came home early from work with a killer migraine and after spending most of the morning in the bathroom this little bundle showed up. How exciting!? It came in a small little box and was packaged pretty adorable like take a look below:

The bottle was a little smaller than I expected but what can you say for five dollars? Here is the bottle up close:

Now I haven't started it yet but I am super excited to see if this is going to make a difference. I'm absolutely horrified of my face and hate going out without anything covering it but all that makeup isn't good for you either is it?! There are a few pictures of my face today and let me tell you I am an absolute vision! I absolutely apologize for the crazy eyes, they tend to go all crazy on my migraine days!
